How I managed to lose weight gain muscle in a couple of months

The problem with me was not that I was too fat, it was that I never had any muscles. If I got undressed, the problem was obvious, just a lot of fat and nothing underneath it to define at least a little shape there. I looked like one of those ice creams on a stick that start melting in the sun. Who would want to have anything to do with a melting ice cream? That was my problem, people never really felt comfortable around me, as they did with other overweight people that had a bit of muscle as well, and had a normal shape. Basically, I looked very out of proportion, I looked weird.

Having had to face this problem my entire life, I really got to avoiding any public exposure of my body and I always wore saggy clothes to cover the real shape of my body. Of course, my friends and the people I knew were well aware of how I actually looked and I never got invited to any parties or any other activities at the beach that everyone around was always attending. I tried going for a couple of times, but I ended up staying alone on the beach because I could not get my clothes off and go into the water with everyone else. Since I live in a small town near the beach, going swimming was 80 percent of the socializing going on there, so I lost most of it due to the problem that I had.

Notice how I talk about this in the past? Well, it is because right now I look like a normal guy, I could even say that I have a bit of muscle on and people actually enjoy my presence right now, with or without the clothes. This is because I managed to lose weight gain muscle in a couple of very short months and I never got the weight back on. It is clear that I have to workout a couple of times each week to maintain the muscles, but other than that everything is pretty simple and I never feel that the trade off is not fair. A simple product helped me lose weight gain muscle in a short time and I am now a normal guy, enjoying all the small things in life, like spending time with friends and with the loved one.
