I never had any big weight issues until I broke up with my girlfriend and fell into a depression that I had trouble getting out of. I spent months on end watching TV and eating everything that I could find in the fridge. After a while I noticed that I was growing to a fair size that was not very good looking at all. It was time to stop wasting my life, so when I was Ok from the first depression, I fell into another one because of the 150 pounds that I gained in a little less than a year.
I had a very rough 3 years up until a couple of months ago, and I can’t even begin to tell you how difficult it really was. I found out that most of my friends have deserted me and that I gained 150 pounds, as mentioned above. I also lost my girlfriend, so all those things combined were not very good for my morale. Even so, I managed to find my will and started addressing the weight problem. It was very difficult going down the street and have people stare at me all the time. The walk itself was difficult, and after a couple of minutes I needed to find something to lean against or I felt like my heart would give away. This was a constant problem for me for more than 2 years, and since I never had this problem, it was really difficult at the beginning, when I had to deal with it the first time.
The problem was that I tried going to the gym, so wasted a lot of time with that because I couldn’t go through a complete workout and stepped out of the gym after only 20 minutes. I couldn’t seem to find the answer to my problem until a guy I knew that I was to the gym with told me about the strongest fat burner product he had ever seen. I said that it was no problem in trying it, so I started using it and now I am writing as a normal person, weighing around 200 pounds at 6 feet. I am glad that I found and tried that product and that I have regained my life back. I also have a new girlfriend, so I am a normal person again. Would have been a shame to waste my life at 21, wouldn’t it?
